At Antler Pro Performance, we strive to provide high-quality online coaching services. By purchasing a coaching package, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 One-Time Purchases
If you purchase a one-time coaching package, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not yet received any coaching materials or services.
Once coaching materials have been delivered or the coaching service has begun, cancellations are no longer accepted.
2.2 Recurring Subscriptions
Recurring subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your customer account or by contacting us via e-mail.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the next payment date.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to coaching services until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial periods.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 No Refunds After Service Begins
Refunds are not provided after coaching materials have been delivered or coaching has begun.
3.2 Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be granted at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please contact us at with your request.
4. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, we reserve the right to terminate the coaching relationship immediately and deny future services.
