Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Antler Pro Performance, we strive to provide high-quality coaching services and products. By purchasing coaching services, subscriptions, or physical products through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 One-Time Purchases

If you purchase a one-time coaching package, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided no coaching materials or services have been delivered.

Once coaching materials have been delivered or coaching has begun, cancellations and refunds are no longer available.

2.2 Recurring Subscriptions

Recurring subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your customer account or by contacting us via e-mail.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the next payment date.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to coaching services until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial periods.

3. Physical Products and Apparel

3.1 Made-to-Order Products

All apparel and physical products are made to order through our fulfillment partners. Because of this, production begins shortly after purchase.

3.2 Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only for:

  • defective items

  • damaged products

  • incorrect items received

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect sizing choices

  • buyer’s remorse

  • normal wear and tear

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@antlerproperformance.com.

3.3.Shipping

Estimated shipping times are displayed on the product page and may vary depending on production times, location, and carrier delays.

Antler Pro Performance is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Coaching Services

Refunds are not provided after coaching materials have been delivered or coaching has begun.

4..2 Physical Products

Refunds for physical products are only issued in cases of:

  • defective products

  • damaged items

  • fulfillment errors

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

4.3 Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be granted at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. Requests may be submitted to info@antlerproperformance.com.

5. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, we reserve the right to terminate the coaching relationship immediately and deny future services.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
